The Parts Department staff is available from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to assist with your parts needs so you can maximize your uptime and productivity. After hour parts are available 24/7 by calling our main line 559.441.1122. Expert service when and where you need it, 24/7 Thanks to our ten (10) factory trained certified technicians, SEC can take care of all your service needs when and where you need it 24/7. For your on site needs, Sequoia has factory trained field technicians plus a lube specialist equipped with a fully automated lube truck. All of our trained technicians use the latest diagnostic equipment available to identify and resolve your problem. Our goal is to minimize your down time at the lowest cost to our customer. Although we specialize in Case Construction Equipment, we also service all makes and models of construction and agricultural equipment. Alan Goodwin, Service Manager, has over 25-years of experience and has been service managerfor SEC since 1993. Kyle Kozielski, Assistant Service Manager, coordinates the service calls and the technicians to the required service demands. Both Alan and Kyle are available from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday to respond to your service calls. After hour service is available 24/7 by calling our main line 559.441.1122. SEC also provides Specialized Preventive Maintenance Programs for all makes and models of equipment. These programs provide you discounts on filters and lubricants, and the peace of mind knowing that your equipment has been serviced to the manufacturers recommended maintenance specifications. Each service interval includes a Customized Inspection Report that provides you a current assessment of your equipment. We can schedule an onsite maintenance program to fit your application, when you need it, day or night. Our 70-point Customized Inspection Report can be scheduled onsite or at our facility for all your equipment at a minimal charge. This service will provide you an accurate assessment of your equipment and assist you in scheduling maintenance by reducing your operating costs. In addition to reducing your operating costs this program will extend the life of your equipment and increase the resale value of your equipment. |
